iTouch have a broad range of partners including several key contracts with operators in the development of content, transactional and messaging services. This capability also allows iTouch to deliver tailored solutions to its corporate and media clients.

 

Telstra

iTouch develops and manages Telstra's corporate SMS messaging platform, Online SMS. The product allows Telstra corporate customers to send and receive SMS messages to and from their PC or email application, providing an efficient solution to contact large volumes of recipients. In addition to this, iTouch also partners Telstra in the development of consumer products and services in both Voice and PSMS channels.

Vodafone

A close operating partnership with Vodafone particularly in the Premium SMS space saw iTouch Australia exceed its Premium SMS revenue targets in 2004. In New Zealand, iTouch, through the ‘987’ Premium SMS shortcode, provides Vodafone customers with the facility to download mobile personalisation products such as ringtones and wallpapers along with text based services. iTouch is a leading supplier of 3rd Party Premium SMS revenue for Vodafone New Zealand.

Optus

Optus and iTouch work together in both the corporate and consumer spaces. In the corporate arena, iTouch provide and manage services for Optus Pre Paid customers. In Australia, through the ‘193193’ and ‘191191’ Premium SMS shortcodes, iTouch provides Optus customers with access to a vast range of mobile personalisation products and text based services. In addition, iTouch operate and manage a number of WAP sites on the Optus Zoo Portal.

iTouch has operated over 40 Reverse Auctions on the 3 Mobile Portal in the UK. In a Reverse Auction, the lowest unique bid wins, meaning that a prize could literally be won for 1c. iTouch was selected for the ability to work to tight deadlines and rapid turn round of service set up. The iTouch dynamic messaging engine and high levels of message throughput significantly increase user participation and revenue. In addition to providing significant revenue and margin, ahead of expectations, iTouch has also been able to demonstrate the ability to build and grow interactive communities of users.

BBC

iTouch has a successful ongoing media relationship with the BBC in the UK, which has seen iTouch provide robust voting platforms facilitating SMS, fixed line and voice voting for a number of BBC live televised events.

Telecom NZ

Through the ‘987’ Premium SMS shortcode, iTouch provide Telecom New Zealand customers the opportunity to download mobile personalisation products including ringtones and wallpapers along with a variety of text based services. iTouch are the first 3rd party content provider to offer services on the Telecom New Zealand WAP Portal, through the ‘987’ branded Mobile Mall. iTouch and Telecom New Zealand are working closely together to deliver the best possible content and services to Telecom customers in the 2.5G and 3G spaces.

APN

APN is one of Australia and New Zealand’s leading media groups, publishing a number of regional newspapers and online properties. The group relies on iTouch to stimulate usage of its classified section within print assets, one of the group’s key revenue streams. To facilitate this engagement, iTouch builds and operates a variety of interactive SMS services that are promoted within the classified sections of APN newspapers. iTouch also manages APN’s mobile content portal for its New Zealand Herald publication.

ninemsn

iTouch has partnered with NineMSN on a variety of campaigns and is a key services partner. iTouch operated the Mobile Central and So Fresh web portals as well as being the exclusive partner for the launch of the So Fresh in show ringtone download service. iTouch has also partnered with NineMSN for Reverse Auction campaigns which were promoted through a number of NineMSN channels.

Motorola

iTouch partners with Motorola to deliver first class content solutions. These solutions assist in promoting Motorola as the premium handset manufacturer in the competitive Asia Pacific market. As part of this all-encompassing content solution, iTouch manages the Motorola mobile content service which incorporates the MYMOTO, MOTOLOUNGE and MOTO-CREW sub-brands through a range of WAP and Web portals and regular mobile promotions. iTouch also produces the Motorola Bonus Cards which are included in each Motorola handset box. In addition, iTouch has developed a sophisticated CRM tool for Motorola using content as a driver to aid in closer interaction with the Motorola customer base.

Fremantlemedia

iTouch UK was chosen by Fremantle Media to manage and collate multi-channel voting for the Idol series, the worldwide smash hit talent quest series. Viewers were able to vote via Telephone, SMS, Interactive TV and Online, with iTouch overseeing these services, collating votes and acting as Fremantle Media's primary point of contact for all third parties.

Juice TV

Juice TV caters to the passions of New Zealand’s youth. Offering music-driven programming, the company acts as a platform for a number of leading youth brands keen to build interaction with New Zealand consumers. Juice TV relies on iTouch to drive interaction through its TV programs, advertising campaigns and through the creation of unique mechanisms via which the channel can interact with their customer base. This interaction is facilitated through SMS and Premium SMS services. iTouch is a Juice TV content partner, operating mobile content services through a variety of programs and TV advertising.

NZ Herald

The New Zealand Herald is New Zealand’s leading daily newspaper. NZ Herald relies on iTouch to service its mobile strategy by managing and operating their mobile content download service. iTouch also advises NZ Herald on its marketing strategy for promoting the service to the masses.
